I hope you had a safe and joyous holy season and that you also found some quiet moments to nurture your soul.
My big news is that on Saturday we had our first planning meeting for our Canadian Boomerfest Colloquium, which will be held at Siloam United Church in London, Ontario from Wednesday, 17th of October to Friday, 19th of October 2018. I am really excited because we have a fabulous team working to make this first-of-its-kind-in-Canada event a fascinating and enriching conference for Boomers and those who work in the field of second of half of life spirituality. We have an amazing team of speakers lined up, some of whom will also focus on our connections with Millennials. More information to come, but for now please mark your calendar and save the dates. I hope to see you there!
In the meantime, here is a delightful link to a short you tube music video that one of our team leaders, David Knoppert, kindly sent me: Love Songs of the Decades. (Thanks, David!) It’s filled with lots of our favourite oldies but goodies! Enjoy!
May 2018 bring you good health and happiness, quiet moments to reflect on where you have been and where you are being called to serve in 2018, as well times to cherish with family and friends.
